MEI ZEN

How Does it Work?

Tiny acupuncture needles, placed in the shallow layers of the skin, cause "micro-traumas" in the skin. The body responds to these micro-traumas by activating the wound healing process, thus increasing the production of collagen and elastin, resulting in improved skin tone, elasticity, and lift.

Cosmetic Acupuncture Course of Treatment

Choose either the Facial or Neck protocol. One full course of treatment is ten 75-minute treatments. Treatments are given two times per week for five weeks. Results last 3-5 years with maintenance. Maintenance treatments are recommended once per month, or two times in one week every six months.

The "Mini"

Don't have enough time for ten treatments?  You can still look great for that upcoming wedding, reunion, or other event with The "Mini," five cosmetic acupuncture treatments given over the course of 2 1/2 weeks.  Though your results will not be as long-lasting as with the full ten-treatment protocol, you can still achieve firmer, smoother, more even, and more luminous skin naturally, and with no recovery time.  It's a great introduction to the benefits of Cosmetic Acupuncture!
